Reviews from our Fantastic Customers

Great experience with this removal company from start to finish. Andy communicated really well throughout and came to our house beforehand to assess how many vans and removal men we’d need. His quote was much cheaper than several others we got. On the day, his team arrived on time and were all lovely to deal with. They packed everything up carefully, including taking apart our beds and reassembling them at the new house. We had a frustrating delay getting the keys and they ended up waiting around 4 hours, but not once were they impatient. At one point we thought we might not get the keys at all that day, and Andy was on the phone talking through our options with us. They turned a really stressful day into a much easier one. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend

Second time we’ve used Andy and his team for our house move. Top service. Didn’t disapoint. Professional, easy to work with. Helpful. Communication is top. The list can go on. Tried, trusted, these are your guys. Cheers.

Absolutely made up with the service provided, rang and inquired on the Sunday and the job was done on the Monday, great communication and amazing prompt service, would highly recommend

Highly recommend Andy Van Man, great communication throughout, easy booking, reliable and super efficient. The removal lads on the day were really pleasant and chatty and it just took the stress out of moving house.

I would 💯 recommend Andy for house removals! From start to finish, Andy and his team were absolutely brilliant. His guys were extremely efficient, careful and so helpful with all of my belongings, making the whole process of moving out of one home and into my new home so much easier. 🏡📦 They took great care with everything and were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service and would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone who is thinking of moving home. I will definitely be passing Andy’s contact details on to anyone I know who needs a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking removal company. Thank you so much, Andy, and all the guys, for helping make my move that little bit less stressful! ❤️👏🏻

2 cheerful chaps turned up on time. No fuss just loaded the van from garage & an upstairs room & off they went to my son’s new house. Unloaded & put where the items where they were labelled to go. Definitely recommend & intend to use when it’s my turn to move

Excellent service once again from Andy & Team. Managing heavy bank holiday traffic, extra warm weather, and tricky access, our removal of special furniture from Deganwy to Deeside was handled with great care, consideration, and attention to detail. Well Done All and Thank You!!

Absolutely outstanding service from Andy and his team. Nothing was too difficult for Andy or the lads on the day — they genuinely went out of their way to help me far more than you’d ever expect from a removal company. As a single mam of three working full time, I was honestly overwhelmed trying to sort everything. Andy stepped in and took so much weight off my shoulders. He got information I needed for support, liaised directly with my housing association, and kept me reassured throughout the whole process and even recommend the vest boxes for moving house! His communication was brilliant from start to finish. On moving day, the guys were lovely, respectful, and worked their socks off. They went that extra mile with everything… and somehow managed to move my fridge without even cracking an egg inside it 🤣 The job was done perfectly. I can’t thank Andy and the team enough — I’d recommend them a hundred times over.
